ATSC Sdn Bhd (Aerospace Technology Systems Corp. Sdn Bhd) was formed on 25th June 1994 as a result of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Malaysia, the Russian State Corporation “Rosvoorouzhenie” (presently known as FSUE ROSOBORONEXPORT), and Moscow Aircraft Production Organisation (presently known as FSUE RAC “MIG”) with an authorized capital of RM50 million and paid up capital of RM40 million.

Pursuant to the Restructuring and Shareholder Agreement dated 17th April 2001 entered between Khazanah Nasional Berhad, MOF (Inc), PJS Industries Sdn Bhd and Aerospace Industries Malaysia Sdn Bhd (AIM), presently known as National Aerospace and Defence Industries Sdn Bhd (NADI), NADI has acquired from MOF (Inc) 70% of the issued paid up capital of ATSC.
